Director of TikTok Shop - Brand Management

📋 Description

• Directly manage, mentor, and build Associate Directors of TikTok Shop while maintaining indirect
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounts for TikTok Shop and the VP of Social Commerce to
• Lead executive-level client strategy and maintain primary escalation ownership for high-value
• Take accountability for total portfolio GMV, retention, and revenue expansion across all accounts
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Creator Operations, and Marketing leadership to influence the
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, TikTok Shop feature releases, and live shopping ecosystems to keep

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital strategy, or
• Deep operational expertise in TikTok Shop, social commerce ecosystems, affiliate networks, and
• Experience managing high-value client portfolios and interfacing directly with C-suite and VP-level
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience driving portfolio-level P&L growth
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills with a track record of building collaborative
• MBA required.
