Director of Training (H2Safety)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a long-term training strategy aligned with H2Safety’s business objectives.
• Personally deliver courses and facilitate exercises on a regular basis, including high-profile
• Own the financial performance of the training service line, including revenue, gross margin
• Identify opportunities for new training programs, certifications, and industry partnerships.
• Evaluate and implement digital and blended delivery options, including e-learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Education, Business, or a related field (required)
• 10+ years of experience in emergency management, including at least 5 years leading training or
• Qualified to instruct Incident Command System courses under the ICS Canada curriculum (required).
• Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), an adult education or training credential (e.g., PIDP, CTDP), or
• Experience designing, facilitating and evaluating tabletop, functional and full-scale exercises.
• Experience growing a training business or service line, including pricing, proposals and client
