📋 Description

• Own full production lifecycle from brief to delivery
• Develop briefs, schedules, shot lists, and timelines with leadership
• Coordinate production logistics: location, permitting, travel, gear, crew
• Oversee day-of production; primary on-set contact for stakeholders
• Ensure outputs reflect Axon brand and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of video production experience in brand, agency, or in-house
• Experience leading crews, freelance editors, and production partners
• Proactive entrepreneurial approach to film production
• Strong understanding of full production process across pre, production, and post
• Experience managing budgets and contracts (vendor, talent releases)
