Director of Video Production

📋 Description

• Own the full production lifecycle for campaigns and videos
• Manage briefs, schedules, shot lists, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate logistics for shoots: location, permitting, travel, crew
• Manage day-of production; primary on-set contact
• Ensure every output reflects Axon brand
• Collaborate with Executive Creative Director and internal leads

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in video production
• Experience leading crews, freelancers, and partners
• Proactive entrepreneurial approach to film production
• Strong end-to-end production knowledge (pre, production, post)
• Experience budgeting and reconciling actuals against estimates
• Familiarity with contracts, talent releases, and vendor agreements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with internal/external teams in fast-paced env
