Director of Video Production

📋 Description

• Own the full production lifecycle from brief to delivery
• Manage budgets, timelines and contracts on each project
• Coordinate shoots: location, travel, permits, crew, equipment
• Lead on-site production across shoots; primary on-set contact
• Build and maintain production partners and freelance crews
• Hybrid role based in Seattle, Boston, or Scottsdale; in-person 4 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in video production (brand/agency/in-house)
• Experience managing crews and external production partners
• Proactive entrepreneurial approach to film production
• Strong knowledge of pre production, production and post workflows
• Budgeting experience and reconciling actuals against estimates
• Familiarity with contracts, talent releases and vendors
