🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer management in iGaming.
• Proven track record owning high-value portfolios with commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of high-value player behavior, segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
• Experience developing VIP programs across casino, sportsbook, or digital entertainment.
• Analytical and commercial judgment for fast-moving environments.
• Experience building and leading teams with clear KPIs and workflows.
