Director, OneHUB Business Liaison

📋 Description

• Accountable for the overall relationship between the OneHUB organization and internal business
• Ensure consistent alignment between OneHUB leadership and business needs
• Serve as central coordination and escalation point for governance, prioritization, and issue
• Act as Chief of Staff to OneHUB Operations leadership team
• Prepare executive-ready updates, meeting materials, and decision briefs
• Identify issues requiring leadership attention and prepare escalation summaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required
• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise execution, transformation, PMO, or Chief-of-Staff-type roles
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences companies ideally
• Demonstrated track record in aligning senior stakeholders across dependent functions, managing
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
