📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end role opening process, managing requisition entries, tracking approvals across
• Analyze department utilization, billability, and project demands to guide headcount forecasts
• Facilitate weekly hiring and ops leadership syncs by preparing real-time tracking dashboards that
• Maintain source-of-truth trackers for team departures, historical turnover, and open positions
• Facilitate and streamline the submission, review, and leadership sign-off processes for off-cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail with proven capability to maintain high data accuracy within complex
• Demonstrated experience partnering with SME stakeholders, leadership, and finance teams to navigate
• Strong analytical ability with a track record of using data to inform staffing strategies and
• Prior resource management or operational leadership experience within a Media Agency environment.
• Experience working with Greenhouse
• Prior experience working as a SME within paid media (strategy, planning, investment, etc.)
