Director, Order to Revenue Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team consisting of two functional leads covering
• Serve as the primary business and compliance oversight body responsible for ensuring all
• Assume complete ownership of outbound/inbound royalty reporting, executions, and complex
• Partner closely with Engineering (Money Team) and Finance Data Systems (FDS) prior to product
• Act as the primary audit lead for external audit, internal audit, and executive stakeholders
• Oversee the categorization and resolution of usage issues (Types 1–3), standardize refund

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field; CPA license
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including extensive experience in revenue accounting, IT audit
• Familiarity with ASC 606, specifically applied to consumption-based/usage-based revenue models
• Proven track record of managing managers or functional leads while directly collaborating with
• Ability to bridge technical systems (product metering engines, SQL/data pipelines, sub-ledgers)
