Director, Paid Social

📋 Description

• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy and execution for client accounts.
• Drive strategic client partnerships, including performance readouts and growth planning.
• Develop full-funnel paid social strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Manage six- to seven-figure monthly media budgets across ecommerce, CPG.
• Oversee paid social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, X.
• Mentor and develop 4–6 direct reports with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in paid media with deep paid social leadership.
• Hands-on Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit or X.
• Experience managing six- to seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Background supporting ecommerce and/or CPG brands in fast-moving environments.
• Full-funnel paid social across awareness to measurement; incrementality, MMM.
• Lead client conversations and build trusted relationships under pressure.
• Experience coaching and developing direct reports; strong leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with paid search, strategy, creative, analytics, programmatic.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (Smartly/Sprinklr) and automation.
• Familiarity with additional channels and cross-channel planning.
