📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive international patient advocacy and engagement strategy aligned
• Serve as the primary liaison to international advocacy organizations, establishing and
• Integrate the patient voice across the product lifecycle, determining the appropriate timing and
• Translate community insights into actionable guidance for cross-functional partners, including
• Support launch readiness and post-marketing activities, ensuring patient needs, access
• Lead strategic planning and oversight of advocacy-related budgets, including grants, sponsorships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of patient advocacy or community engagement experience, including 3+ years within
• Experience working with rare disease communities in Europe; endocrinology experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the European healthcare landscape, including EMA processes
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with international patient organizations while
• Experience managing complex or sensitive advocacy situations with sound judgment and compliance
