📋 Description

• Design and execute strategically-focused and innovative patient experience data (PED) evidence to
• Support Oncology primarily and cultivate strong partnerships to enable effective cross-functional
• Represent HEOR at global regulatory and payer/HTA meetings; lead or support negotiations with
• Represent AbbVie externally and assume a leadership role in collaborations with external partners
• Serve as subject matter expert on PED and patient-centered measurement strategies within HEOR and
• Oversee at least one therapeutic area (e.g., oncology) spanning multiple products/indications

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Psychology or Psychometrics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, Health
• Minimum of 7 years of experience required, with relevant pharmaceutical industry or consulting
• Demonstrated ability in evaluation & development of PED from conceptualization through
• Demonstrated ability in evaluating, developing, and validating COA instruments for inclusion in
• Experience in preparing regulatory & HTA submissions.
