• Own payroll business outcomes and revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years owning a business line or P&L.
• Experience as co-founder/GM/DRI with revenue responsibility.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen; P&L, LTV/CAC, ARPC.
• Set commercial strategy and drive cross-functional execution.
• Proficient in data tools (Excel, SQL) and analytics.
