• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Manchester

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or management experience, preferably in home health
• Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Strong operational, financial, and business development skills
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and industry best practices
