📋 Description

• Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics, including capacity
• Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy
• Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and OKR/scorecard measurement architecture
• Track progress against committed business outcomes and maintain project plan structure across the

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO
• A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, shaping their thinking
• Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal
• Strong data and dashboard fluency, comfortable architecting reporting tools and metrics models
• Executive-level communication skills, interacting directly with VP-level stakeholders
• Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate complex, multi-team
