Director, People Systems and Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the design, innovation, implementation, and maintenance of HR and People systems
• Develop and execute a multi-year People technology roadmap
• Oversee integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, benefits, recruiting, identity and access
• Establish and maintain data governance standards
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data
• Develop scalable reporting, analytics, dashboards, and service metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related
• 3+ years of experience leading complex HR technology projects
• Deep experience with a major enterprise HCM platform; UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS configuration, integrations, data governance, testing, reporting
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
• Strong systems-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
