Director, Pharmacy Automation

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of Ro's automation strategy across pharmacy fulfillment
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation technologies that improve safety, quality, throughput
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Facilities, and Quality teams
• Lead capital automation projects from concept through implementation, including business case
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, facility managers, and contractors to support new pharmacy
• Establish operational performance metrics and dashboards to monitor productivity, equipment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading automation, industrial engineering, manufacturing, fulfillment
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale automation or capital projects from concept through
• Experience with automated material handling systems, robotics, warehouse automation, packaging
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
• Experience developing capital budgets, business cases, and ROI analyses for operational investments
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
