Own the debt side of the Community Solar portfolio end to end: lead construction and permanent
Lead tax equity execution across active funds in partnership with the Manager who owns it: annual
Own portfolio financial forecasts and models across assets, debt, and tax equity; establish and
Direct transaction and financing supporting workstreams: diligence, data rooms, independent
Maintain a live feedback loop with Investments and Structured Finance to ensure pricing
Partner with Finance (Structured Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Accounting) on cash movements

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in structured finance
7+ years in portfolio finance or related
Strong financial background
Experience in managing sol
Bachelor's degree
Ability to build and maintain relationships
