Director, Portfolio Risk Management, Working Capital

📋 Description

• Own and drive the global risk strategy for the Working Capital portfolio, balancing business growth
• Define and continuously evolve underwriting and risk frameworks, including eligibility criteria
• Lead the underwriting of larger and more complex customers, providing hands-on risk assessment and
• Own portfolio risk management and performance, using data and analytics to monitor portfolio
• Advance our risk capabilities and decisioning, partnering with Data, Product, and R&D to
• Partner closely with business and cross-functional teams, including GTM, Product, Finance, Data

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio risk management, including
• Strong SMB and commercial underwriting expertise, with hands-on experience assessing complex
• Experience managing a sizable portfolio and material customer exposures, with a strong
• Deep familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, including marketplace dynamics, seller economics
• Experience developing and evolving risk and underwriting frameworks, including policies
• Strong analytical capabilities and business judgment, with the ability to use data to make sound
