📋 Description

• Establish corporate policies, procedures, and financial controls to maintain the accuracy
• Provide strategic direction to ensure all premium audit activities comply with applicable state
• Maintain effective internal and external communication to support company initiatives, operational
• Collaborate with business units to support the launch, implementation, and retention of new markets
• Review and approve activities that exceed the authority of individual functional managers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in the insurance industry
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams while consistently achieving or exceeding
• Demonstrated experience implementing operational and organizational changes across an entire
• Advanced technical knowledge of insurance manual rules, particularly NCCI or WCIRB requirements
• Advanced understanding of state insurance regulations and related documentation requirements.
• Strong knowledge of premium audit operations, quality assurance, financial controls, and compliance
