📋 Description

• Communicates and collaborates with internal (manufacturing, quality, engineering, S&T and other
• Maintain and direct a highly diversified cross functional staff of professionals to ensure that all

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Applied Science, e.g., Chemical) or
• 10+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry formulation, including at least 4+ years of
• Knowledge of engineering standards (e.g., ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in process engineering in pharmaceutical or health manufacturing, knowledge of cGMP and
