Director, Product — Brand Experience & Monetization

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for LTK’s brand product portfolio, connecting customer needs across
• Lead and develop a small but mighty team of Product Managers through regular coaching, actionable
• Personally lead new product opportunities from discovery through pilots, launch, and iteration
• Build a deep customer understanding of brand marketers and their different goals, budgets
• Shape and execute product opportunities for social platform integrations, partnering with
• Own customer outcomes across the portfolio, including adoption, campaign performance, repeat

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex products, multi-quarter
• 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing Product Managers, with demonstrated success
• Experience building products for brand marketers or agencies in advertising, marketing technology
• A demonstrated player-coach approach: you can lead a product portfolio and develop PMs while
• Experience turning early customer demand or pilots into repeatable products, with sound judgment
• Strong analytical and technical product judgment, including familiarity with advertising
