📋 Description

• Lead and scale Product Design across the Demand Partnerships and Demand Gen portfolio, overseeing
• Define and communicate a compelling product and experience vision that establishes a clear north
• Shape product and business strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, Research, Data
• Mentor, coach, and develop senior designers and design managers, helping team members strengthen
• Establish a consistently high bar for visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and
• Ensure teams deliver thoughtful, high-quality, user-centered experiences that balance customer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing product designers, including experience leading senior individual
• Proven track record of defining and driving product vision and strategy within complex
• Strong craft expertise spanning visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing Product Design organizations
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to partner
• Deep commitment to user-centered design and demonstrated ability to integrate qualitative research
