📋 Description

• Build and lead a full design department, owning the end-to-end user experience across all Axonius
• Be the connective tissue between product lines, synthesizing a coherent, intuitive experience from
• Define what great UX looks like in the AI era, rethinking how users interact with
• Drive real operational change, leading the adoption of AI-powered workflows in partnership with
• Work directly with customers, field teams, PMs, and developers, leading cross-functional processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading a design team, with experience building and scaling a full design department
• Proven ability to own the UX of a complex, multi-product platform end-to-end
• Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
• Demonstrated success transforming a technical, complex product into an intuitive, high-end user
• Ability to advocate for design-led thinking at the executive level while collaborating effectively
• A track record of mentoring designers and managing career growth
