  • 4+ years leading a design team, with experience building and scaling a full design department
  • Proven ability to own the UX of a complex, multi-product platform end-to-end
  • Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
  • Demonstrated success transforming a technical, complex product into an intuitive, high-end user
  • Ability to advocate for design-led thinking at the executive level while collaborating effectively
  • A track record of mentoring designers and managing career growth
