Director, Product Finance

📋 Description

• Collaborate with finance leaders to drive forecasting, analytics, and process improvements.
• Support product roadmap prioritization with engineering and product leads.
• Model product designs and build business cases based on PMF and cost savings.
• Lead regular cost, headcount, and budget reviews aligned to the plan.
• Support corporate FP&A, R&D spend forecasting, and exec reviews.
• Assist Strategic Portfolio Planning with investment cases and cross-functional P&L exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting.
• 7+ years in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience driving process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to deadlines.
• Manufacturing and SaaS industry experience.
