Director, Product Finance

📋 Description

• Apply financial acumen to support decisions with data, metrics, and processes.
• Support product roadmap prioritization with profit impact and resource constraints.
• Model new product designs and build business cases based on PMF and cost reductions.
• Lead cost, headcount, and budget reviews aligned to the company plan.
• Support corporate forecasting for R&D and product spend; present FP&A results.
• Analyze market and P&L performance for key product segments with KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting
• 7+ years in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics for both financial and operational decisions
• Proven track record owning projects and driving cross-functional completion
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and efficiency
• Data analysis and scenario modeling; validate inputs and assumptions
• Technology/software/SaaS industry experience
