Director, Product (KYB)

📋 Description

• Define and execute long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for KYB product portfolio
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic priorities and investment decisions
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization
• Own portfolio performance across product health, KPIs, adoption, customer satisfaction, retention
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders
• Translate customer problems and regulatory changes into product investments

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software, technology, or product organizations, including 10+ years in
• Demonstrated experience leading and scaling product organizations
• Proven success in defining product vision and bringing enterprise SaaS products to market
• Deep domain experience in Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments
• Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into product
