📋 Description

• Own product-led revenue: Be accountable for ARR from self-serve experiences, from first signup
• Drive growth goals: Build and execute PLG programs to achieve clear top-line ARR milestones and hit
• Connect growth and product: Partner closely with the Head of Growth (Marketing), Head of User
• Optimize the funnel: Define in-product monetization levers, optimize self-service funnels, and
• Build tight feedback loops: Analyze intent data, user behavior, and churn metrics to continuously

• PLG and growth leadership: A track record as a Senior Product Manager or Director with growth and
• Strategic judgment: Ability to turn complex developer platform capabilities into intuitive
• Cross-functional execution: A record of leading cross-functional growth initiatives across
• Data-driven approach: Hands-on depth in growth analytics, conversion funnels, freemium-to-paid
• Developer and AI fluency: Practical understanding of modern developer workflows, cloud
