Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers responsible for attack surface
• Define and drive a unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap across attack surface management
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to prioritize and deliver scalable, high-performing
• Collaborate with Design and AI teams to make exposure management insights more intuitive
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research to continuously
• Establish and scale effective product management processes that create clarity around priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing other
• Strong track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, ideally within
• Deep knowledge of Attack Surface Management, Internet data, or adjacent areas such as threat
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to discuss APIs, data pipelines, and architectural
• Ability to influence executive strategy through data-driven insights, market analysis, and

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $238,000–$257,000 USD for candidates located in high-cost-of-living locations.
