Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Own delivery and execution for the entire retail media product line, and build and lead the team
• Partner closely with the VP, Retail Media to shape strategy and roadmap, then run the execution end
• Lead the transition from a SaaS + services model to an agent-native services product line, working
• Build a stronghold with our customers, working backwards from their real workflows and needs rather
• Partner with sales on GTM: deal support, positioning, and translating the incrementality and agent
• Build and prioritize features that directly drive ARR growth in retail media.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, with a track record owning
• Genuinely AI-forward: you've built or shipped with LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling, not just
• Experience running a team while partnering closely with a peer or senior leader on strategy.
• Strong instincts for customer-facing work: you can sit with a customer, understand their workflow
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and with sales/GTM teams.
• High ownership and comfort operating as the de facto GM of this product line's delivery.
