📋 Description

• Drive customer adoption, value realization, and long-term engagement across key customer segments
• Lead highly strategic, cross-functional product initiatives from initial opportunity identification
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Operations, and Finance to scale customer
• Collaborate with GTM and Channel/Partner teams to ensure product insights and adoption patterns are
• Establish robust product management discipline, including structured prioritization frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• 10+ years of experience leading product management, product strategy, product operations, or
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, framing complex decisions, building robust
• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models, customer lifecycle dynamics, and key commercial
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with hands-on experience leveraging data and product telemetry
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity
