📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap covering promotions, loyalty, CRM
• Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform supporting multiple products
• Build scalable customer data and segmentation capabilities that enable actionable audiences
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities, including targeting
• Develop shared growth platforms supporting online Sportsbook and Casino products alongside digital
• Create flexible, self-service tools that enable Marketing and business teams to launch, manage, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership
• Proven experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM
• Deep understanding of customer and marketing data, including segmentation, audience creation
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer datasets into actionable segments, targeting
• Strong technical fluency, with experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams on
• Experience developing internal platforms and tools used by Marketing, CRM, Growth, or other
