Director, Product Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead product marketing strategy and positioning across the full portfolio of diagnostic and testing
• Define portfolio strategies focused on protecting market share, accelerating growth, and expanding
• Establish and monitor portfolio KPIs and refine strategies based on performance data and market
• Partner with Product Management to influence portfolio strategy and roadmap development
• Collaborate with Commercial Launch Excellence to coordinate cross-functional launch planning and
• Gather and apply voice-of-customer insights to strengthen portfolio strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive product marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or
• Direct experience with oncology-related portfolios and at least 5 years of people leadership
• Experience managing departmental budgets, including annual operating plan development
• Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills across multi-product portfolios
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through cross-functional
