Director Product - Platform  Identity

📋 Description

• Lead multiple product teams focused on identity, authentication, fraud detection and platform
• Set strategy and execution for products underpinning many Xero components; high executive
• Partner across design, engineering, GTM, compliance and other teams; manage initial team of 6 PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical platform product experience; AI fluency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and managing portfolios/sub-portfolios.
• Leadership experience with large teams and global scope.
• Bachelor's or higher in tech/business field; senior PM leadership background.
