📋 Description

• Define and execute the product adoption strategy across key products, capabilities, customer
• Identify barriers to product discovery, activation, engagement, and repeat usage, prioritizing
• Establish adoption metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks covering onboarding
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, behavioral patterns, and segmentation
• Partner with Product and Data teams to evaluate time-to-value, activation, adoption, engagement
• Translate customer and product insights into actionable recommendations that influence product

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across Product Strategy, Growth, Product Management, Product Operations
• Proven experience driving product adoption, activation, engagement, retention, customer expansion
• Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience using product and customer data to
• Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, segmentation, experimentation, retention metrics, customer
• Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and senior stakeholders without relying solely
