📋 Description

• Interface with stakeholders outside of Operations Transformation organization – R&D Dev
• Responsible to manage flow of information to and from various stakeholders and key meetings such as
• Act as the key point of contact for inputs such as timelines, estimates and strategic planning of
• Develop and implement harmonized metrics and KPIs for strategic projects, including routine
• Collaborate with AI and Digital transformation team to evaluate and implement AI tools for project
• Develop and implement a harmonized project planning and scheduling platform for all strategic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CMC technical development and pharmaceutical
• Demonstrated strong planning and project management skills while managing large, complex programs
• PMP certification a plus.
• 10+ years of industry experience, 5 or more years program management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
