Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Senior lead on large-scale portfolios; partner with Directors/VPs across client partnerships and creative teams.
• Define and monitor portfolio approach, deliverables, staffing plans, and agency fees.
• Lead project and retainer financials; ensure proper processes and escalation paths.
• Mentor and train Project Managers to drive growth and strong teamwork.
• Improve team processes; maximize operational efficiency; cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee strategic program planning for marketing work; review budgets and SOWs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in agency project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience delivering digital/social projects from $10K to $2M+.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with CS, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Tech.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Leadership and mentorship of junior talent; thrives in fast-paced environments.
