Director, Provado Operations

📋 Description

• Own the daily operational execution and overall health of the transportation network, monitoring
• Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on reducing cost per trip, improving on-time
• Partner with Local Operations to optimize scheduling, dispatch, regional capacity, and utilization
• Develop standardized operating procedures and scalable frameworks for market launches
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendor and transportation partners, ensuring compliance with
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement on contracting, renewals, negotiations, licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or operations leadership, with at least 5
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibilities, forecasting, operational performance
• Advanced experience in healthcare and/or transportation environments is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within a matrixed
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, logistics networks, vendor management
