📋 Description

• Direct global quality and compliance resources across all facilities.
• Oversee site quality leadership teams and ensure QMS alignment globally.
• Lead process improvements and alignment of global quality systems across sites.
• Provide updates to leadership on quality status and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Precision locations.
• Support regulatory quality activities and post-market surveillance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical/biological sciences or technical field.
• 10-12 years in quality-driven life sciences with device pre/post-market.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with CLIA, CAP, GLP/GLCP, FDA QSR, ISO 13485/15189, ICH.
• Lead and manage a global quality team.
