Director, Quality Operations

📋 Description

• Collaborate with VP, Quality Operations to develop standardized quality operations workflows and
• Partner with Analytics and Performance Excellence Teams to analyze performance and improve processes
• Monitor data including QI plan metrics, HPMS entries, CAPs, and identify improvement opportunities
• Act as QI subject matter expert and collaborate with Compliance team
• Ensure complete and timely submission of regulatory information
• Oversee PACE program complaint handling and process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred
• Experience as Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred
• Formal QI and analytics certifications preferred
• Five (5) years of experience required, three (3) years as QI/assurance Director/Manager in
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience
