Director, Rare Disease Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Positions and messages Zenith genomics for rare disease market
• Leads sales enablement, training, and customer adoption
• Manages product marketing workstream, collateral, claims library, MLR/compliance
• Maintains competitive intelligence and evidence integration
• Defines KPIs, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking
• Coordinates with Market Access and reimbursement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing; MBA, MPH, or advanced scientific degree
• 8+ years commercial experience in diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences
• Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy, or sales operations
• Demonstrated success supporting or leading product launches in clinical diagnostics
• Experience partnering with field sales, including training, tools, CRM/analytics
• Experience managing or developing a team is a plus
