• Lead and manage a regional team of 8–12 Field Admissions Representatives, establishing a culture
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop admissions professionals through ongoing performance management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of professional sales experience, with 3–5 years of sales management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams toward measurable business results
• Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans across an assigned
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, develop, and direct employees while identifying and developing
