🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of operations leadership with direct P&L accountability in car rental, hospitality
• Experience with operational KPIs such as utilization, revenue per day, incremental revenue per day
• Experience building and developing manager-level talent and growing people into next roles.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent operating experience).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 18+ years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
