Director, Revenue & CoGS Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead the global Revenue, AR, and CoGS accounting functions.
• Direct integration of accounting policies into high-volume workflows.
• Define scalable ERP and revenue automation vision (Oracle RMCS, Zuora).
• Empower team to deliver variance analysis and narratives.
• Collaborate with Billing, GTM, Product, Pricing, and FP&A leaders.
• Oversee complex accounting concerns and policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years in accounting; 6+ years revenue focus in a large public company.
• 8+ years leading and developing management-level teams.
• Expert ASC 606, deferred revenue, and complex CoGS in SaaS.
• ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and Zuora Revenue/RMCS experience.
• SOX compliance knowledge with controls.
