📋 Description

• Own Threat Research end-to-end. Set the research agenda, the detection content roadmap, and the
• Make AI security research the center of gravity, building capability against model and agent abuse
• Lead a small team of researchers and engineers, hands-on, setting technical direction.
• Own the detection content that ships: managed ruleset, cloud and identity detections.
• Conduct adversarial validation against shipped rules, treating coverage and evasion resistance as
• Own the detection platform: toolchain, attack reproduction environments, behavior-based detection

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security research, threat research, or detection engineering
• 4+ years leading and developing researchers with ownership of agenda, outcomes, and budget
• Original AI security research evidenced by published work or shipped detections (adversarial ML
• Hands-on technical: writes code, builds tooling, runs analysis
• Experience using agents for research work and knowledge of their limitations
• Public body of work: original discovery, CVEs, named campaigns, conference talks, or open-source
