📋 Description

• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership across multiple FSP portfolios, therapeutic
• Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies aligned with organizational growth, operational
• Establish consistent delivery standards and drive performance across geographically distributed
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives designed to improve operational effectiveness
• Act as the senior operational point of contact for key FSP partnerships, building trusted
• Lead client governance forums, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive-level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training
• At least 5 years of management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong executive leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders and lead
• Advanced understanding of global, regional, and national regulatory requirements relevant to
• Broad knowledge of regulatory affairs and specialized areas such as preclinical, clinical, CMC
