📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize opportunities across merchant supply, customer value, sales productivity
• Own initiatives from diagnosis through results, including defining the problem, establishing the
• Use analysis to guide decisions: build and pressure-test models, investigate underlying data, and
• Lead decisions across functions, bringing senior stakeholders to agreement on priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years in Strategy & Operations, business operations, consulting
• For Director: you’ve owned complex initiatives end to end — including implementation and measurable
• For Senior Director: you’ve owned a comparable business or agenda at scale — a P&L, a function
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, comfortable working directly with data, able to decide
• Track record of leading work across functions and influencing senior stakeholders without
• AI fluency: already use AI to investigate problems, prototype and automate, and validate what it

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary DOE $190,000–$280,000
• Target bonus: 35% at Director, 45% at Senior Director
• Target total cash compensation approximately $257,000–$406,000
• Annual equity award
• Chicago: hybrid out of 35 W. Wacker Dr. office; New York City: remote
• Travel approximately 10%
