Director/Senior Director of FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and mentor the FP&A team, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and a
• Build a proactive, business-oriented FP&A function that delivers timely, accurate, and
• Develop team capabilities in financial analysis, business partnership, emerging technologies, and
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to Professional Services and Managed Services leadership
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to evaluate performance, challenge assumptions, and develop
• Drive visibility and accountability around key business drivers, including pipeline, bookings

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related financial
• Private equity-backed company experience, with a strong understanding of investor expectations
• Demonstrated success partnering with Business Unit or operational leadership to influence decisions
• Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, evolving environments, navigating ambiguity, shifting
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and executive-level financial
• Demonstrated success improving financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools
