Director, Site Start up

📋 Description

• Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and shape strategy for SSU delivery and growth.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure SSU delivery and client satisfaction (IRB/EC submissions, CA
• Work with Head of Site Start Up to develop SSU framework, tools, risk evaluation, and methodology.
• Support SSU planning, governance, and global/regional SSU activities with Clinical Operations and
• Drive change management and alignment with PfM corporate strategies and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 12+ years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience.
• Experience in CRO environments; people management experience.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Proven leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English.
