📋 Description

• Lead the St. Cloud SCP office operations and service delivery.
• Establish BAYADA as employer and provider of choice in local markets.
• Manage KPIs, growth, quality, service standards, and financial objectives.
• Hire, develop, and retain office staff; coach and develop teams.
• Partner with clinical, client services, recruiting, and operations leaders.
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in healthcare/home care.
• Multi-site leadership or complex team management experience.
• Director or similar leadership role in a comparable organization preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• P​roven ability to achieve goals and take on increasing responsibilities.
